If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or refunded.
All items must be returned in their original condition (including original boxes or packaging). Partial returns are not accepted, you must return the full quantity of the item ordered. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. All shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
