Order Processing

Orders for in stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the item page. Once shipped, transit time to your location will be determined by the shipping method selected for your order during Checkout.

Please note that personalized items will require a longer processing time for production prior to shipment. Production time is 5-7 business days for standard personalization (engraving, stickers, etc.) and 2-3 weeks for printed glassware items.

For orders of multiple items, the longest processing time will apply to your entire order.
