Damages & Discrepancies

Upon delivery of your order, please immediately inspect all items for damages, defects, and accuracy. All claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to reject claims not submitted within this time frame.

In the event of damage, please retain all products and packaging as an investigation by the shipping carrier may be needed. In most cases, simply providing digital photos clearly depicting the damage is all that will be required to honor your claim.

If there is a discrepancy in the order received (wrong item, wrong personalization, etc.), a digital photo clearly depicting the error must be provided to honor your claim. Take special care prior to submitting your personalized order online. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. We are not responsible for any spelling errors on your part!

Please be sure to order early. Replacements will be shipped by Ground, regardless of original shipping method chosen. If expedited shipping is needed, additional charges may apply.

Printed Glassware Items

Please note that due to special setup requirements, we are unable to replace Printed Glassware items. In the event of damage, we can only provide a refund for the damaged pieces. We recommend ordering extra glasses to cover for any potential breakage.

Glassware & Ceramics

Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.
